What does the cleaning process look like?

First, choose the number of rooms, any additional services, the date and the time. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. At this stage the order has been accepted and is visible in our system. The day before the visit, our manager will contact you to confirm the order. At the agreed time our team will arrive at the given address. Show our staff around the apartment. If you have any comments, it is important to tell the manager who comes with the cleaners. After this short introduction the team gets to work. You can relax - the cleaners will let you know when they have finished. If the order was not paid in advance, the manager will come by after the service so you can settle the payment, share your feedback and point out anything that was missed. The manager will carry out a quality check. If you notice any imperfections, our team will fix them before they leave! After all, our clients' satisfaction is what matters most to us.
